We streamlined over two dozen delivery types into three consulting service areas. This service restructuring presented a compelling sustainability story, which the CEO took to peers as inspiration. Our work helped clarify ideal team structures and workflows, prompting the CEO to reorganize the company. Aligned with the new strategic direction and service lines, the team effectively prioritized business development and innovation investments. Despite tight deadlines, we successfully unveiled the new name, INVERSE, during Investor Week, marking a significant pivot in the business model to attract new investors while meeting the founding team's expectations. Our decision to finalize the name just before the widespread adoption of the term "metaverse" underscored our foresight, positioning INVERSE at the forefront of the emerging virtual world landscape. This put INVERSE in step with major tech players like Meta, Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Qualcomm who were investing billions in the metaverse concept.

They were looking to become a comprehensive healthcare services company bridging the gap between traditional healthcare and social care service models. Facing stiff competition from rivals who had already secured significant funding, crafting a compelling narrative became paramount.
